Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops to maintain hiring momentum.
Maintain ATS data accuracy, notes, and status updates throughout the process.
Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance) and suggest improvements.
Partner with HR and operations teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and process efficiency.
Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
