Location: Remote (Work from anywhere!)
As our Recruiter, you will:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles and departments.

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach.

  • Conduct structured screenings and assessments to evaluate fit and potential.

  • Present shortlists and candidate briefs to hiring managers for review.

  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops to maintain hiring momentum.

  • Maintain ATS data accuracy, notes, and status updates throughout the process.

  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance) and suggest improvements.

  • Partner with HR and operations teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Who we are looking for?
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.

  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and process efficiency.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bonus: experience hiring for multiple domains (admin, tech, creative, operations).
