Operations Supervisor

As our Operations Supervisor, you will:
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate task execution.

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and service goals.

  • Monitor productivity, identify process gaps, and suggest actionable improvements.

  • Track and report operational metrics to management for performance analysis.

  • Assist in scheduling, resource planning, and workload allocation.

  • Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and provide feedback or training when needed.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, workflows, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and maintain smooth coordination.

Who we are looking for?
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supervision, or team coordination.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in using CRMs, project management tools, and reporting dashboards.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and problem-solving.

  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced work environments.

  • Experience in a startup or process-driven company is a plus.
