We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can manage digital campaigns, execute marketing strategies, analyze performance metrics, and oversee social media for multiple brands within an enterprise. This role requires a hands-on marketing practitioner who knows how to get things done and can bridge the gap between marketing strategy, execution, and results.

As our Marketing Specialist, you will:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple brands.
  • Manage, post, and administer social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Use automation & software tools to streamline content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Analyze marketing KPIs and campaign performance, providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, track audience behavior, and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns using CRM & automation tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead generation efforts align with business goals.
  • Manage lead lifecycle – nurturing, converting, and following up on prospects.
  • Write compelling copy for ads, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Work with designers, videographers, and ad specialists to execute creative marketing assets.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and adapt strategies for maximum ROI.
Who we are looking for?
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, lead generation, and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in CRM & marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Social media expert who can manage multiple accounts & drive engagement.
  • Copywriting & content creation skills – can write persuasive and engaging copy.
  • Data-driven mindset – knows how to track and improve KPIs.
  • Ability to work across teams (marketing, sales, creative, and executive teams).
  • Tech-savvy & adaptable, willing to learn and implement new tools.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and remotely.
