Own end-to-end marketing delivery for multiple gym clients.
Launch, manage, and actively optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, CVR, ROAS, and lead quality.
Translate client goals into clear marketing strategies, offers, and execution plans.
Perform pre-launch QA on funnels, landing pages, tracking, and form flows.
Diagnose and resolve performance issues such as high CPL, low CTR, or poor lead quality.
Coordinate timelines and deliverables across media buyers, designers, and technical teams.
Communicate proactively with clients, lead calls, manage expectations, and present action plans.
Maintain campaign organization, documentation, and performance reporting.
Ensure smooth onboarding, template deployment, and consistent execution across accounts.
Hands-on experience launching and optimizing Meta ad campaigns.
Strong fluency in performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Confident, professional, and proactive client communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Strong QA mindset for funnels, landing pages, and campaign setup.
Comfortable owning marketing delivery end-to-end.
Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm Pacific Time (PST).
