As our Lead Generation Specialist, you will:

We need a hunter. Someone who picks up the phone, sends the DM, writes the cold email, and doesn’t wait to be told twice. This role is about one thing: getting U.S. business owners on a call with our team so we can show them how Salas Staffing can save them money and grow their business. No fluff, no long ramp-up — you’re expected to be doing outbound from Day 1.

Who we are looking for?

Key Responsibilities

•      Execute daily outbound outreach via cold calls, cold DMs, cold email, and SMS to U.S.-based business owners and decision-makers.•      Identify and research prospective clients — startups, SMBs, and scaling businesses — who could benefit from offshore staffing solutions.•      Build and maintain prospect lists using CRM tools, keeping pipeline data clean and up to date.•      Qualify leads based on Salas Staffing’s ICP and hand them off to leadership ready for a discovery call.•      Monitor hiring signals — job postings, LinkedIn activity, growth announcements — to prioritize outreach.•      Follow up relentlessly and systematically until you get a yes, a no, or a referral.•      Report daily on activity: calls made, DMs sent, emails out, responses received, leads booked.

Requirements

Must-Have•      Proven experience in cold outreach — calls, DMs, or email. We don’t care where you learned it, we care that you’ve done it and have results to show.•      Thick skin. You will get rejected constantly. That’s the job.•      Strong written and spoken English — you’ll be reaching out to U.S. business owners directly.•      Self-starter mentality — we are a small team, there is no one to hold your hand.•      CRM experience for tracking outreach activity and pipeline.•      Available and online Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm CST.Nice-to-Have•      Experience selling or prospecting in staffing, outsourcing, or B2B services.•      Familiarity with outreach automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).•      Experience with SMS or phone-based outreach to U.S. contacts.

30-Day Plan — What We Actually Expect•      Day 1–3: Get onboarded, learn the pitch, set up your tools. By Day 3 you should understand who we sell to and why they buy.•      Week 1: Outbound starts. Calls, DMs, emails going out daily. No excuses.•      Week 2: First qualified leads delivered to leadership. Pipeline taking shape.•      Week 3–4: Cadence fully operational. Target: 5–8 booked discovery calls by end of Month 1.
