HR Coordinator

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Location: Remote (Work from anywhere!)
As our HR Coordinator, you will:

 

  • Application triage & matching: Review resumes/portfolios, apply scorecards, and surface the best-fit candidates per role family (EAs, AR/AP, Media Buyers, Designers, etc.).
  • AI-assisted interviews: Launch and monitor AI screenings, handle exceptions, and escalate edge cases for human review.
  • Candidate briefs: Turn raw signals into concise one-pagers (summary, evidence, risk flags) for Hiring Managers.
  • Pipeline hygiene: Keep stages accurate, log notes/tags, and maintain data quality in our custom ATS (we also evaluate other ATS tools).
  • Scheduling & nudges: Coordinate next steps, reduce no-shows with smart reminders, and keep everyone on track.
  • Deadlines & SLAs: Work from clear service levels (time-to-shortlist, scheduling window, replacement window) and signal risks early.
  • Continuous improvement: Suggest tweaks to rubrics, automations, and templates to boost speed and quality.
Who we are looking for?
What makes you a fit:
  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR/Recruiting/People Ops (coordinator, recruiting assistant, sourcer, or similar). Startup or agency pace is a plus.
  • Thinking: Clear, structured reasoning. You can defend your shortlists with evidence, not vibes.
  • Writing: Crisp, client-ready notes and briefs.
  • Systems: Comfortable living in an ATS, using tags/filters, and keeping data clean.
  • Drive: You like closing loops and meeting deadlines; you escalate early when blockers appear.
  • Collaboration: Professional, responsive, and coachable; you play well with Ops, Delivery, and Content teams.

Not a fit if you’re seeking senior HRBP/people-strategy work, managing large teams, or prefer heavy policy/compensation projects—this is a hands-on coordinator role focused on matching and movement.

  • Maintain >90% data hygiene (stages/notes complete).
  • Candidate brief acceptance rate ≥80% by Hiring Managers.
  • AI interview completion rate and show rate trending up; no-show recovery in 24 hours.
