Optimize LSA settings including service categories, job types, service areas, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor performance and diagnose ranking or lead volume issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) to improve relevance, trust signals, and LSA outcomes.
Develop and execute review generation strategies to improve review volume, ratings, and response quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve LSA and GBP issues, including suspensions and verification challenges.
Track lead volume, lead quality, responsiveness, and other key performance indicators.
Maintain detailed documentation, checklists, and structured workflows for each account.
Communicate LSA performance, insights, and action plans clearly to clients or internal stakeholders.
Proven hands-on experience managing Google Local Services Ads (LSA / Google Guaranteed).
Experience setting up and optimizing LSA accounts for performance improvement.
Strong understanding of LSA ranking factors and performance drivers.
Experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profile (GBP).
Knowledge of ethical review generation and reputation management strategies.
Ability to troubleshoot suspensions, compliance issues, and verification problems.
Strong attention to detail with a process-driven and documentation-focused mindset.
Clear communication skills to explain performance and strategy in simple terms.
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
