Creative Strategy Lead

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: Based on Experience
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere!)
As our Creative Strategy Lead, you will:
  • Own the creative strategy for direct-response advertising across multiple brands and campaigns.

  • Ensure all creatives clearly communicate the hook, offer, audience, outcome, and CTA especially in the first few seconds.

  • Lead, guide, and review the work of designers, editors, and creatives to maintain high quality and consistency.

  • Provide clear, actionable feedback that improves performance not just aesthetics.

  • Approve final creative assets and take accountability for creative outcomes.

  • Build and maintain scalable creative systems, including master creative kits, templates, and reusable frameworks.

  • Establish and enforce QA standards for typography, hierarchy, clarity, mobile readability, and brand alignment.

  • Collaborate closely with media buyers and marketing teams to align creative with performance goals.

  • Balance brand consistency with ongoing testing of new angles, offers, and formats.

  • Manage creative priorities and make decisive calls under tight deadlines or conflicting input.

Who we are looking for?
  • Strong direct-response marketing instincts (hooks, offers, CTAs, conversion logic).

  • Excellent creative taste with high attention to detail and quality control.

  • Proven experience leading or managing creative teams.

  • Confident decision-maker who takes ownership of final approvals and results.

  • Excellent written English for briefs, documentation, and feedback.

  • Systems thinker with experience building scalable creative kits and templates.

  • Familiarity with paid ad formats across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, short-form video, statics, carousels, and landing pages.

  • Comfortable reviewing and approving high volumes of creative assets across multiple brands.

  • Bonus: technical background in design, video, copywriting, media buying, funnels, or automation.
