Administrative Assistant

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CST
Salary: $200 USD, paid in local currency equivalent.
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere!)

Support CEO and HR with administrative tasks, data management, and organized operational support in a fast-moving remote staffing company.

  • Handle data entry, document formatting, and file organization tasks as assigned
  • Format and keep our candidate pipeline and internal database accurate and up to date
  • Manage and organize information across Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive
  • Track and update candidate or project statuses in Trello or similar tools
  • Assist with basic email drafting and correspondence when directed
  • Complete research or sourcing tasks with clear parameters provided
  • Flag anything unclear or incomplete before moving forward — never assume, always confirm

Requirements• Strong written and spoken English required• Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST (8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. PST )• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace• Professional headset and camera for video calls• Comfortable using tools like Slack, Trello, Google Workspace (we will train you on our specific setup)• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Bonus (Not Required)• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR coordination• Experience working with US-based clients• Comfortable being on camera for client-facing meetings
